I honestly think there’s this weird and unhealthy obsession with score prediction whether it be UWorld % or NBME. Unless you’re 1-2 weeks out, I don’t think it matters too much. I agree, but also know where people are coming from because it’s nerve wrecking and we all just want some way to gauge how we’ll do I guess.

Add a Comment. techdoc96. • 2 yr. ago. NBME 9 and 11 can be a bit of a confidence killer going into the exam. I scored 9 points fewer on NBME11 and 20 points fewer on NBME9, compared to my UWSA1. Some of the questions, and even few of the explanations imo, will make you pull your hair out.

I just finished NBME 10 and scored a 247, and my exam is in 8 days. I got a 249 on the NBME 9 exam last week. Form 10 was supposed to be better, based on what I'm reading in this group. Of course, I did make some extremely stupid errors (I do have bad exam anxiety and change a lot of my answers). My first pass at UWorld Qbank was a 77%.
