I'm not 100% sure, personally i would uninstall the mods > let vortex create the junction folder > then see if you can reinstall the mods through vortex. Then if it doesn't work try and install them the other way. I would imagine that part of what Vortex is trying to do is fix it so you don't have to install out side of it.

Ran it down finally and saw how it works. However, I suspect the Vortex extension doesn't know where to find the files to do this with Starfield (and seems to not have an option to manually enter the locations).
